Original British WWII Machine Gunners Waistcoat Original Machine Guns Complete with it's \leather eyeOriginal Item: Only One Available. These waistcoats were used Machine Gunners in WW2 who carried the Vickers gun and tripod as well as the lewis gun. The waistcoat helped protect the shoulders from hot barrels and also aided the carrying of the guns and Vickers tripods as the shoulder pads prevented slippage. Offered in good condition, large size, with some minor moth damage, all buttons present and original.
